The Arizona Department of Health Service's 2026 Trauma Awards recognize outstanding individuals across Arizona who have gone above and beyond to serve the Arizona trauma system.

- Trauma Program Manager of the Year -Level I (nominees from Level I only)
- Trauma Program Manager of the Year -Level III (nominees from Level III only)
- Trauma Program Manager of the Year -Level IV (nominees from Level IV only)
- Trauma Medical Director of the Year (nominees from all trauma levels)
- Trauma Registrar of the Year (nominees from all trauma levels)
- Injury Prevention Achievement Award (nominees from all trauma levels)
- Research/Academic Achievement Award (nominees from all trauma levels)
- Pediatric Preparedness/Pediatric Champion Award (nominees from all trauma levels)
- All nominations must be submitted for review by March 16, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. for consideration.
The Trauma Awards will be presented at the State Trauma Advisory Board Council Meeting on May 21, 2026.
