For over a decade, the EMS Odyssey has been revered as an outstanding educational conference for all levels of prehospital, emergency, and trauma providers for the Central Arizona region and statewide. Now, more than ever, your financial contributions are needed to support the EMS Odyssey Conference and our healthcare professionals throughout Central Arizona and the state.
Again this year, the economic down times continue to impact most everyone involved with emergency and trauma care. As you may know, when agencies/hospitals are forced to make budget cuts, often the first funds to be slashed are education and training for their staff. Consequently, when healthcare professionals lack training and education, the quality and integrity of emergency care may be at risk. As a business that caters to EMS, we believe that you recognize the importance of and are committed to maintaining the quality and integrity of the essential services provided by those who dedicate themselves to emergency and trauma patient care for our communities across Arizona. Additionally, you understand how vital education and training are so that professionals may be prepared for the constant changes in their protocols, procedures, equipment, etc. For these reasons and more, AEMS, together with your support, hopes to ensure the availability, accessibility, and affordability of excellent education and training for all Arizona healthcare professionals involved with emergency medical and trauma care. Moreover, we believe you will readily appreciate the enormous value and educational necessity the EMS Odyssey Conference renders. We seek your partnership in our ongoing quest to coordinate a learning forum that has and continues to support excellence and innovation in first response, emergency medical, and trauma care. In return for your support, we are offering prospective exhibitors/sponsors with expanded and exciting marketing opportunities. In addition to the standard exhibit table option, we offer the choice of maximizing your visibility through five levels of major sponsorship support – Diamond, Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze. Each level provides your company with unique promotional benefits that accentuates your presence among conference participants. Additionally, Advertising is available that provides an ADvantageous vehicle to reach and sustain the interest of participants. Our Advertising includes: the Conference Brochure (distributed to over 1500 prospective participants throughout Arizona); the Conference Program (distributed to all conference participants); and AEMS Website promotions (your business name and phone number placed on AEMS website for three months) – AEMS website averages over 7,000 hits per month and continues to increase. The fees and all the complete benefits of the sponsorship levels, standard exhibit table, and advertising are attached. We have also enclosed AEMS’ 2010-11 Annual Report to show you are impact on and involvement with emergency medical and trauma care for the Central Arizona Region. Please note that exhibitors will be accepted on first come, first serve basis, as there is limited space available. If you are interested in attending the conference, please complete the attached Exhibitor/Sponsorship application form and remit with your payment as soon as possible. You may also complete the application and submit payment online at www.aems.org. After we receive your application and payment, a letter of confirmation will be sent to you with complete conference logistical details. AEMS is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization.
